BHADRA STAFF DOES IT PROUD
Well before it started
its full fledged Ground Handling Operations at Chennai, Kolkata and other
airports in the Southern Region, Bhadra Management had realized and appreciated
that in any “Service Industry”, what plays the most important and significant
role is THE MAN BEHIND THE MACHINE. Accordingly, unlike some other
Service Providers in the industry, other than the National Carrier, who still
resort to using the outsourced Manpower on make shift basis, Bhadra left no
stone unturned in selecting the right man for the right job, on its permanent
pay roll. This was followed by the most rigorous training at the
company’s state-of-art training establishment. These men behind the
machines, who are highly motivated and efficient have already started bringing
laurels to the company.

In yet
another incident, on the night of 06 November 2012 whilst the Bhadra staff was
busy in its normal handling activities at Number-1 International Cargo
Warehouse at Chennai, there was an electric short circuit and consequent
fire that could have resulted in a major disaster. Spontaneous action and
initiative by none other than one of Bhadra’s “Handyman on Duty” in
extinguishing the fire proved beyond doubt that the “Time and Money” invested
by the company on its staff has not gone waste.
This is just the beginning and we at Bhadra are confident that our Motivated Team
Members will continue to do us proud in times to come.
